Eva
Hi, my name is Eva and I am a six-year-old Chihuahua. I live with my Mom in Greenwich Village. We used to live on the Upper East Side, which I personally preferred, mostly because there really is no comparison between Washington Square Park and Central Park through my canine eyes. Oh well! Despite the fact that I am now a Downtown girl, we do get to travel a lot. This past summer, we went to the Hamptons, Maine, France, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. We were extremely busy and I got to travel on everything from airplanes to trains to cars to a basket on the front of a bicycle and even a bus. I'd have to say my least favorite was the plane, although the food in Europe really was fantastic—so worth the trouble for sure! It was also great to be able to sit legally in a restaurant and have the waitstaff bring me little bowls of water. I'm not sure if they even have a health department in European restaurants, but I really don't care because, besides museums, there was literally no place off limits to dogs. Ah, the old country—how I long to return...well, even though I am technically Mexican. Hmmm...never mind. I am looking forward to future travels though, even if it is just back Uptown so I can return to my beloved Central Park! Wish me "Bone Voyage" for future travels...my Sherpa bag is always close by for a last minute trip and I certainly intend to take advantage of every chance I get to see some place new.
