Bear

My name is Bear. I have had a few different homes in the past two years, including a short stay at a shelter but I have found my forever home now. I tell ya, I never had it so good. I'm a very large teddy bear of a cat and I love nothing better than to cuddle up to my folks and purr. I credit myself with having the loudest purrs of any cat. There are a couple of other felines around here but since I am the new kid on the block, I have been gracious and non-threatening. I mean, it's just not fair to pick on someone who isn't my own size you know? You can see one of my sister cat's profile right here too. Her name is Spooky and she's alright with me. The other sister cat doesn't like me but oh well, so what? I am here to stay!

I've enjoyed sitting under the Christmas tree during the holiday season. I could not resist knocking some of the ornaments off the tree every now and then, but at least I was careful not to break them. Sitting under the tree reminded me of being outdoors which I dearly love. I did a great job of keeping the rodents under control this summer so I guess Santa forgave me about the ornament thing and brought me some catnip. (yawn) Ok, that's enough about me, time for my nap.
